• Email address — to deliver your files and provide purchase support
• Name (optional) — if provided during checkout
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number

When you visit our site, we may collect anonymous analytics data (page views, referral source) through Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or track personal data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver purchased files via email
• Send replacement download links if requested
• Process refunds
• Respond to support inquiries

We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Netlify — site hosting and serverless functions (Netlify Privacy Policy)
• Google Workspace — email delivery via Gmail SMTP
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free web analytics (Plausible Data Policy)

4. Cookies

ModelStack does not set any first-party cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process as part of their fraud prevention. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email and purchase records for as long as needed to provide support and comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records). Download links expire automatically after 48 hours. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@modelstack.shop.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Download links use HMAC-SHA256 signed URLs that cannot be forged or reused after expiry.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of any marketing communications

8. Children's Privacy

Our products are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.
